A relying party is a recipient of a certificate who acts in reliance on that certificate. The CILogon CA policy documents provide information for relying parties to decide whether to trust CILogon certificates and know their responsibilities when relying on CILogon certificates. Relying parties are not required to register or otherwise notify the CILogon CA operators of their use of CILogon certificates. However, we list below those relying parties we are aware of, and which CILogon certificates they accept, for the information of CILogon CA subscribers. Relying parties may decide to accept certificates from some but not all CILogon CAs according to their Level of Assurance requirements.
